Aventurine and Hemimorphite Necklace (LS04)
The dark green stones in this necklace are 10mm facetted aventurine. I've teamed them with nuggets of pale green-blue hemimorphite (a relatively rare stone) and both go very happily together.
Hemimorphite is, I've read, a very lucky stone, with an ability to impart the enthusiasm to see projects through to the end. Aventurine is a stone of prosperity and it too encourages perserverance. This is definitely a necklace for anyone trying to raise money for a project, or starting a new business!
You can wear this for both work and going out. I like the fact that while it is quite chunky, there is a certain elegance to it too.
The necklace is 18" (457mm) long, finished with a twisted wire sterling silver toggle clasp.
