Peacock Beadwork Collar (BW0011)
The colours in this collar necklace are just gorgeous! I love mixing blue and green and had great fun making this.
the stitch is right angle weave, using seed beads and bugle beadswith tiny drops and firepolished beads mixed in. The feel is like a silky fabric - gorgeous!
For the clasp I went mad with some fringing on one side with one larger bead on a stem to be wrapped twice through the loop on the other side. This gives the necklace a lot of interest at the back too (wear it with your hair up!).
You don't have to wear it just for going out - glam up a plain top with this necklace too!
